WB-Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) struggle to come to terms with the death of their sister and the realization that the Power of Three no longer exists without her. When they discover the existence of their baby half-sister, Paige (Rose McGowan), Phoebe and Piper are hopeful that they can reconstitute the formidable triad of witches. Brian Krause and Julian McMahon also star. Michael Schultz directed the episode written by Brad Kern.

TV Guide-The bewitching series begins its fourth season as a fresh face is added to the comely coven to replace the departed Shannen Doherty. Rose McGowan joins the cast as Paige Matthews, a half sister the Charmed Ones never knew they had. She meets the surviving Halliwells when she feels compelled to attend Prue's funeral. Phoebe seems to be coping, even after a premonition of Paige's death at the hands of the same demon that slew Prue. Piper, however, is overwhelmed by the loss, and her crisis comes to a head when she nearly breaks down during the memorial service, as Cole faces off against two demonic bounty hunters sent to kill him.

TV Tome-Mourning the death of Prue, Piper and Phoebe must now come to grips with the loss of their oldest sister, and the loss of the Power of Three. However, The Source discovers an unknown sister - the daughter of Patty and her Whightlighter Sam, who had been kept hidden. Paige, the now-youngest Halliwell, (who has the ability to teleport herself and other objects at will), can restore the Power of Three and reunite the sisters' strength as witches.
