1. Is Charmed on DVD or VHS?
No it is not. The earliest date that Charmed can be out on DVD is early 2005. Though with the music it might make it even later.
2. Wasn't there another witch before Alyssa Milano?
Yes, her name was Lori Rom and she was originally selected to play Phoebe on the show. Word is Lori left the series for personal reasons. A picture of her with Shannen, and Holly is to the right.
