WB-Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Paige (Rose McGowan) go to a summit meeting with the leaders of evil and discover that all magic - both good and bad - has disappeared enabling the leaders to steal Piper's (Holly Marie Combs) about-to-be-born baby and welcome the twice-blessed child into the kingdom of evil. Meanwhile, Piper goes into labor, while Phoebe and Paige must find a way to save the baby without magic. Brian Krause also stars. Stuart Gillard directed the episode written by Daniel Cerone.
TV Guide-The Halliwell sisters find themselves in hot water when their powers disappear as Piper prepares for the birth of her baby. The situation looks dire until an unsuccessful attack by a low-level demon reveals that evildoers have also lost their powers. The unprecedented turn of events forces a sorcerer to invite Phoebe and Paige to a summit between the practitioners of good and evil in hopes of reversing their misfortune. To make matters worse, Piper and her sisters receive an unexpected visit from their father, who has surprising news of his own: He has a new bride, and her name is Doris (Cheryl Ladd).
